We love our CBD. Even with Gosford identified as one of the highest-risk areas for business failure in Australia, local businesses, entrepreneurs and families with real skin in the game have, for the first time in 40 years of decline, united to build a welcoming, yummy and fun high street we’re proud and safe to work and play on.
The Gosford Strip Precinct is a passionate front-line movement of local businesses, organisations and creatives whose livelihoods, progress and safety depend on all of us making Gosford succeed.
We’re already delivering unique experiences, products and people. It’s time to get the word out. Yes, it’s a work in progress but it’s a living, evolving ecosystem that we want you to be part of, whether you’re a visitor, entrepreneur or partner.

We’ve endured four decades of economic and cultural slumber, and now we’re flipping the narrative. We’re taking our city back, activating our high street with restaurants, bars, entertainment, retail, corporate activity, local employment pathways and community programming to build a CBD that’s vibrant, safe and welcoming.
Right now, we’re advocating for transport, lighting, parking and activations that genuinely give back to our CBD. Our experience on the front line means the old cycle of external decisions, stalled projects, overpromising, under-delivery, abandoned buildings, disrepair and declining safety is no longer acceptable and no longer the norm.
For the first time, local businesses, corporates, cultural organisations, community groups, developers and educational institutions everybody with skin in the game and a lot of love for Gosford are leading revitalisation literally from the inside out.
